The backbone of every retail store is to provide customers with a pleasant
experience as they enjoy shopping. NOTEB understands this very well. We pride
ourselves with a quality service that we offer our clients. We do this by ensuring
that there are clean and readily available trolleys to be used by customers, and
ensuring that every trolley is accounted for by close of business, 24 hours,7 days a
week.
We collect trolleys around customers’ operating vicinity, clean, repair and safe
storing.

NOTEB collects trolleys around customers’ operating vicinity, clean, repair and
safe storing. NOTEB has a fleet of 11 bakkies which would assist in the recovery of
trolleys. We have managed to maintain a 100% recovery rate of all the trolleys in
the 50 stores under our care that comprise of 5 hyper stores and 45 core and
value stores. Our staff compliment consists of 330 enthuisastic porters and
blockers.
NOTEB has a capacity of well-trained Supervisors who are able to impart the
knowledge on how to successfully recover trolleys. This team is led by the capable
and hands-on Operations Director, Mr Sibusiso Mthembu.
