His interest was first in travel and tourism, which motivated him to successfully build a fleet of taxis from the ground. He then ventured into retail service industry, which gave birth to Noteb Trading, as we know it today.
Operations Director Mr. Sibusiso Mthembu A dedicated and committed hands-on operations man. He worked for NOTEB from inception as the Operations Manager, the position he fulfilled with high aptitude. He was then promoted to Operations Director due to his work ethic and no nonsense approach when it comes to satisfying the customer.
HR Director & Chairperson Mrs. Nokuthula Xaba Noteb is a family business inspired by Mrs Xaba, (a graduate in Cost and Management Accounting) to build an empire in order to serve her community and creating a nest for her children. She is responsible for recruiting key staff at NOTEB and ensuring that employment equity Act is adhered to. She is the champion of transformation at NOTEB.
Finance Director Mr. Thabisang Mabale He has vast experience in insurance that spans over 7 years. He was trained as an Accountant(with a B.com degree in Financial Accounting and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management) but spent most part of his career in Investments at NMT Capital, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Post-Investment Monitoring. He served as a Board member of the following entities: Golden Rule (Pty) Ltd, Petrotank SA (Pty) Ltd, Falconmere(Pty) Ltd and DXC (Pty) Ltd. He is enterprising and understands numbers proficiently.
Marketing Director, Mr. Wilson Bota Wilson Bota is a former manager and tax specialist at SARS. He holds a Higher Diploma in taxation. He is the founding Director of Bota and Associates, an Accounting and Tax consulting company, which was established in 2006.He is also a founding member of Osvec Properties, which is a property investment and management company. His other business interests is in the hospitality and haircare industries. A true jack of all traits.
